I'm Alex, a life + career coach, mom of 4, ex-collegiate golfer, and a devoted fan of dark coffee. But that's not all — I embrace various roles like wife, sister, daughter, friend, Swede, Nordic design enthusiast, aspiring plant-mom, clean-freak, minimalist, and Hoka lover.

My coaching journey began as an elite golfer at Northwestern University, both receiving coaching and coaching others. Throughout my professional career, I've had the privilege of working in healthcare start-ups and corporate Talent/HR teams, always focusing on coaching, leadership development, and enabling peak performance. I hold a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a coach certification.

In early 2022, I felt the calling to create meaningful change for working parents, which led me to a Director of Coaching and Programming role with Parentaly. After 1.5 years with Parentaly and lots of growth (including my fourth baby!), it was time pursue my long-standing dream of starting my own coaching business! And that's what I did.
