For years, I was an embodied woman on a mission: climbing the career ladder at global organizations like Morningstar and McDonald’s, coaching hundreds of professionals, raising four vibrant children, and building a home full of love and ambition. On paper, everything seemed perfect. But in the quiet moments — between school drop-offs, strategy meetings, and after bedtime and late-night emails — I felt a quiet dissonance.

One morning, amidst the usual chaos of kids’ chatter, a barrage of emails, and an endless to-do list, the question I had been avoiding finally broke through: whose dream am I living?

That moment was my turning point. I realized I had been following a blueprint I hadn’t consciously choosen — a mix of societal expectations and borrowed definitions of ambition and success. I was living the life I thought I should have, but it didn’t feel like my own. I felt disconnected from the spark that made me me.

Alex here.

The shift I needed wasn’t just about rearranging my to-do list or managing my time better. It was deeper — it was about shifting my lift. I reimagined and redefined success. I stopped letting my responsibilities compete with my dreams and I made space for what truly fueled me. This wasn’t another career pivot; it was the start of realigning my home, my life, and my soul. I stepped into the driver’s seat and began designing a life that felt authentically mine.

Through mentors, coaching, and a deep commitment to personal responsibility, I built a life that now feels aligned with who I truly want to be — a career I love, a family I cherish, and a version of myself I’m proud to know.

Now, I’m dedicated to helping ambitious, go-getter moms do the same. I’ve coached hundreds of women who are striving to balance their ambitions with their roles as mothers, people, and partners. I help them stop chasing borrowed dreams and start building careers, relationships, homes, and lives that are aligned with their true selves.

My coaching blends 15 years of leadership experience with a deep understanding of human behavior, earned through a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and life coach certification. As the Lead Career Coach at Parentaly, I have the unique privilege to shift the working parent ecosystem from both the individual and systemic lenses. As a former collegiate athlete, I know what it takes to make bold shifts with courage and discipline. My corporate experiences give me unique perspectives on leadership development and talent optimization.

Above all, my work is driven by my own journey. I know how transformative it can be when you start living a life that feels like home to your soul.

If you’re ready to shift your lift, reclaim your power, and create a future in which your career, motherhood, home and relationships align with your deepest values, I’d be honored to partner with you on this journey.
